The law firm informs the client that if he/she is a natural person and is not acting in the scope of his/her business activity or within the scope of the independent exercise of his/her profession, the Czech Bar Association was authorized by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic  on February 5th, 2016 to solve consumer disputes in the area of disputes between a lawyer and a consumer in the case of Contracts for the Provision of Legal Services (under Act no. 634/1992 Coll., on consumer protection, as amended).
